Carry a vacuum cleaner? What the heck does that mean?

I have never seen a dog hide from the vacuum. In my experience, cats run and hide, dogs jumps around it barking, or outright attacks it.

Have Animal Control follow you around. You pay the taxes that pays their salary. So don’t they work for you?

Good idea, got a hand held and every time I use it my dog hides.

I have a problem with my neighbor’s dog barking at me every time I go outside. I bought a gadget called “Stop Woofer”. When the dog starts barking, I push a button and it emits an ultrasonic sound only dogs can hear. He stops barking and runs back to his house.

Makes sense.
