There is no such thing as “The Short Line” Say there are 3 registers open…#1 has 5 people waiting…#2 has 8…#3 has 6…So you try hopping from #2 to #1…SOMETHING will happen to hold up line #1 ! (If you decided you didn’t need a cart, but ended up juggling 5 items in your arms it will increase the number of things going wrong at the register.)
