Big deal. Kleenex is just a brand name too but we all say “I need a kleenex” when we need to wipe our noses.

Did she figure that out while riding on an escalator on her way to the xerox machine?

I always though “crack pot” was someone who foisted obsolete definitions of evolved generic names on others. :)
