I have a container garden and one of my pots is empty this year. Somethings started growing in it and I let it grow to see what came up? It was an edible weed! One I had researched in the past too (I forage a bit) and decided wasn’t worth my time or effort, sadly. I prefer my veggies crisp, and you have to boil the life out of pokeweed. sigh
