I suppose some guys appear to be rich simply because they spent so much that they are to far in debt to care.

My brother’s first wife was so vindinctive that she took him back to court, even though he agreed to pay alimony. The judge saw what he was paying, said he would never have allowed so much and reduced her alimony accordingly.

I had a date with a woman who had amicably divorced her husband. He had a good job and was paying alimony. He wanted to retire, which would have reduced his income and her alimony, and a judge told him he wasn’t allowed to quit.

I THINK she was OK with him retiring, but I don’t know since it was only one date.

My stepfather had a crazy ex-wife. He was obligated to pay child support until his son turned 18. When he did, my stepfather continued to send money but only half as much. His ex-wife took him to court to get the money she was not elegible for. Mostly just a PITA for him, especially since he was in Texas and the court of jurisdiction was in California.

She sold stuff to The Donald for his yacht so she obviously didn’t get paid.

I’m surprised he knows what the accounting files are. IRL he’d need some kind of reporting tool to get information out of them.

ok she leaves him, he gets custody of their child and he’s the one paying support??? Art does often imitate the inequities of life, doesnt it?
