I’ve read that supposedly as many as 88% of US citizens have cell phones! (Call me a Twelve-Percenter.) The Monster is not alone in his techno-addiction. The village mob have it so much easier these days—as do any other stalkers….
Actually he’s kind of easy to find, being nine feet tall and green. I think they’re just trying to con him into buying some kind of phone privacy/security app.
