Have the remote in your hand dude. Maybe you can catch those scenes and hit mute.

It’s those sudden emergency broadcast tests that scare the heck out of my birds. I can’t mute quick enough to not have it start.

Doorbells and barking dogs get Finn going every time.

Literally the only thing our dog reacted to from movies were the doorbells. Not dogs barking, not guns, not people calling our dog’s name. Just doorbells.

Notice the pooch is laying between you and an obvious source of danger. Must protect the pack/herd.

That is amazing, usually people just walk in without knocking or ringing.

Not only does it ring twice, there’s also a postman involved.

Strange thing is I have a cowgirl corgi who the first time she heard a doorbell was on tv but she ran to the front door anyway. Its helpful when I come in the back door with a load to hit the button and she books it to the front door

I think dogs can tell the difference between a fake door bell and a real door ball.

The Dogs that I sit for will be OK, most of the time …. but every once in awhile there will be a dog bark on TV, if I hear it I try to tell them there is nothing out there but all you can hear is claws on the floor and barking, out the door they go …… in a few minutes they come in and give me that look like ….. where is that dog …… I just say …… “I told you that no one was out there” …………… :)
