    Hi Vagabonds

It’s a fair morning here in the Kingdom at 65 degrees. The forecast is patchy fog early and wandering thunder storms later, high 89.

Burlington is working on a heat wave, today will be their third day at 90 or higher for them.

Hum, the week is flying by, Thursday already. shee.

Have a great day Vagabonds, Rita, don’t fall, Jan, do your exercises, because we love you. (^.^) May God bless.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I went for my blood draw yesterday and was informed that they had rescheduled my appointments. They said they had sent a letter back in early May letting me know, but I never got the letter. It’s okay. I’m scheduled for the end of this month now.

I then got my grocery shopping done and stopped by Kohl’s to return the shirts that Michael didn’t like. Then I headed to my PT appointment. We did an evaluation and a bunch of stretches that I will continue to do at home. I have a few more appointments scheduled so he can evaluate my progress. And yes, Mark. I will faithfully do them.

And lastly I went to church with Mike to what they call “First Wednesday”. It was almost all worship music with communion and a short homily thrown in. It was great! I enjoy the music immensely now that I have discovered ear plugs to take the edge off the loudness.

The weather is still HOT. I’ll let you know if it changes.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
