Speaking of banks, I locked myself out of my online account a couple of months ago. I don’t actually do online banking. It’s only to view my balance, ingoings/outgoings and I can go months without using it. My statements are sent to me through the post etc. Anyway, I finally managed to get it sorted this morning by changing my password. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that in the first place, I went on the website’s Live Chat. Haha.
