Nothing wrong with a nutritious piece of beef smothered in onions mushrooms and nutritious cheese. If you are really in a healthy mood, add a couple of tomato slices and something green like guacamole……
Grass fed beef is a marketing gimmick for regular beef. They are pasture fed until their last 3 months they when they are fed grain in “feedlots” to fatten them. In addition while confined, they are susceptible to disease and are dosed with antibiotics, which are passed to us in the meat.
Grass fed and finished are allowed to pasture their entire life. They have less fat and are a bit healthier to eat.
Personally, I don’t care what you eat, just giving a little food for thought.
