I have questions about the tree in the first panel. What is that a picture of and why is it posted there? Is there a significance to the pennants that I am missing?

I suspect many pop stars feel this way.

Was the bug Wallace spotted in panel 2 not good enough? Or did he just get distracted by Spud’s comments?

Hard to find those spots… when you’ve forgotten them. I had an idea, ounce, but didn’t know what to do with it.

Trouble is, many forgotten corners of the world are now far too expensive for those for whom society was never a good fit. The ones they’d want to live in, anyway. What are they to do then?

If the seagull’s metal image is any indicator, Spud could pull off such a beard pretty well, honestly.

I understand that the Cali/Oregon coastline of Jeffersonia is underpopulated. It looks nice, actually.
