I have questions about the tree in the first panel. What is that a picture of and why is it posted there? Is there a significance to the pennants that I am missing?
Do not worry, Spud. Society does not have much use for anyone not making money. Once you start selling records, society will find it hard to part with you.
Trouble is, many forgotten corners of the world are now far too expensive for those for whom society was never a good fit. The ones they’d want to live in, anyway. What are they to do then?

Why not be a pop sensation with a beard; lots of those around?

There seems to be a UFO in the water. Nope it’s on land. Some kind of modular house I believe.

Unaspud? But I don’t think he’d like a cabin in the woods. LOTS of bugs.

I suspect many pop stars feel this way.

Was the bug Wallace spotted in panel 2 not good enough? Or did he just get distracted by Spud’s comments?

Recluse pop stars. Old Hat. I mean Top Hat. I mean Foghat. I mean, sorry, I’m lost in the Traffic.

Hard to find those spots… when you’ve forgotten them. I had an idea, ounce, but didn’t know what to do with it.
Quiet Snug Harbor is buzzing with activity, and detail. Nice.

There’s a couple kids in the tree that we don’t know. What is the tiny round thing with a pennant stuck in the top in panel 2, bottom left corner?

If the seagull’s metal image is any indicator, Spud could pull off such a beard pretty well, honestly.
donwestonmysteries about 1 year ago
Will, you could have drawn a beard on the seagull!!!

I understand that the Cali/Oregon coastline of Jeffersonia is underpopulated. It looks nice, actually.
