I have them in garage, basement, back door, laundry room, by kitchen door and of course in truck, and not those wimpy couple of pound Walmart specials. I suppose being Deputy Fire Chief and seeing how bad things can get without one
Hint Check the rating for the ABC numbers, some of the newer chemicals will make them more effective. Just because they look the same size they have different uses, if unsure call your local fire hall
Grease fire either. (My dad is now retired but was a firefighter for over 30 years, even when he was active he called the fire department when his propane grill caught fire)
You know, in real life, a LOT of people said “I don’t think you’re supposed to put out an electrical fire with water.” But they all said it after my wife put out the fire, so I don’t know WHAT to think. The firemen themselves didn’t say anything one way or the other… they were making sure it hadn’t traveled up the inside of the wall. They’re great people.

That’s why we all need fire extinguishers. And have them handy all around the house.
