many years ago my family had a beagle. I was the only one who didn’t need a leash for her-but we obeyed leash laws, but one day my grandfather took her for a walk. apparently he didn’t put the collar on tight enough because it slid off her head. as he reported “She just sat there waiting for me to fix it with a look on her face like ‘you idiot.’” I miss that dog.

This comic is grim.

She must be very fast. How’d she get the rope wrapped around his front paws and him not run away?
