Fred obviously understands lawn mowers better than Mr Dear does.

Best to walk away when that frustrated ! Take a break and come back to the project ;-)

I think there is a gap in Fred’s theory.

Like the ones my dad used to buy, the cheapest models, impossible to start. I use an electric now, no starting issues.

Careful Fred. If he finds out how much you know about mowers, he’s liable to have you run the thing for him.

Today’s strip is Greek to me!

We’re going to have to buy a new mower as ours quit getting fuel sucked into the mower for some reason, and it was on its last legs anyway as the frame has a large crack in it. Sadly, I’m going to have to order it online as every local place here has few options and all for at least $100 over what the online prices are.
