I misread this one in the Spanish version. I thought the last panel was that he wanted to evaluate his boss.
Definitely a repeat strip. Omar is long gone. Thank goodness

Can’t imagine how it would be any different. Might be worse.
Bad performance plus wrong attitude = surplus employee. I can put up with the former if the later is good and there is at least an expressed desire to learn how to do better If not, goodbye.
Usually, that’s Omar and he’s Mr. Rod’s nephew. Occasionally they seem to forget which character is which. As noted elsewhere, this is a 2017 rerun.
