Gary’s 700 years old. My guess is that he was smuggling his gold to England on the Spanish Armada, and that Leo’s going to need a diving helmet if Gary does tell him where it is.
Gary’s “Vampy-sense” serves him well when Leopold’s automated staking device is activated. If the vast riches really do exist, they will remain Gary’s, at least for a while longer….
