Someone help explain, please: … Why are Wallace and Spud’s shadows on the ground suddenly reversed in direction between Panel 1 and Panel 3 ??!! … :)

I’m ridiculously invested in how they’re going to escape being cursed.

I’ll be embarrassed, but what is that yellow-ish cloth looking thing at the left in panel two?

It’s a DANGER sign, illustrating someone either falling off the bight of land or trying to climb up it. It might be intended for someone approaching from the sea, or it might have fallen off into the sea.

This is getting to be quite a saga….. glad when it is resolved!

The skeleton is out of view at least.

You would be think Rose could see these dangerous things from her vantage point. Or do only Wallace and Spud see them?

Perhaps Rose could get a plank to lay across the crevasse. Wallace would skip across and Spud crawl.

All week I’ve been wondering why they didn’t just cross that seemingly little bit of water and yes, Spud would have gotten wet. The cliff is deceptively high from the perspective of the water and oh my the dangers! Now I know.

The placement of the signs is a bit questionable, or what? And who is the unfortunate character that has met their end?

It’s a comic. Who cares?

I want to know who was the poor sucker who died putting the the first “Danger” sign? Clearly that person died from falling down the cliff face which is why there is now a second warning sign.
