It takes a lot to overcome the boredom of baseball.

The one time that my company granted me a visit to the corporate skybox was a real event: open bar, free red hots, and then watching the game on the inside TV was much safer than sitting outside in the three rows of seats way, way above third base.

Can’t miss the essentials.

And the seventh inning stretch is for loosening your belt.

Remember you’re dealing with a speeded up game.

Going to see a baseball game is not all about going to see the game.

They are playing the Night Vale Spiderwolves.

Right, Cosmo. Timing is everything.

Those wearing pants will have to loosen their waistband during the “7th inning stretch”.

Remember attending a MLB game as part of our high school reunion festivities. Spent most of the time in the parking lot reminiscing. Finally made into the game around the 7th inning. Didn’t miss much.

That leaves plenty of time for the seventh inning purge.
