What’s the big deal?

Corporations have every right to do whatever the hell they please.

And, as Republican saint Milton Friedman said, corporations ONLY responsibility is to make as much money as possible. If getting rid of anyone enhances the bottom line, that’s what they are required to do.

You have to give him credit – he even included Opus from Bloom County!

That may be about as bipartisan as this strip has been in years!

I’ve thought it was weird for years now: Newspapers shrinking and getting of the most popular thing in the newspaper.

I don’t recognize three of these characters but I do resent my local paper dropping Prickly City (some years back).

Bloom county is over represented here… Where’s Calvin? Hobbes?

Reruns of Moon Mullins would make me happy.

Thats capitalism for ya.

Our newspaper runs only six comics, only four of them are worth reading. I’m guessing the cheapest they could get. If you want more than that you have to get a newspaper from 125-150 miles away. Question—does the Washington Post still have it’s three pages of comics?
