    I love using chickpeas in lots of recipes (including vegetable soup.) They’re great in chili, and the major ingredient in hummus!

    I had a wonderful chickpea spinach soup in Spain some years ago. In that part of Spain, Castile-La Mancha, white beans and chickpeas are used daily in their traditional cuisines. Delish!
