My wife used to be a manager. It shows at these times.

Good or Bad … Someone must do the thinking ;-)

There are many times I’m willing to work. It’s deciding what, where, and how that bogs me down. Just tell me and I’ll do it.

My definition and my wife’s definition of cleaning are two different things. Mine involves moving, sweeping, putting back in a more organized way. Hers involves getting rid of (throwing out) a lot of stuff.

Amen to that.

’cause he hears it from his better half.

My wife refers to that as “division of labor.” I call it doing chores.

The royal “we”.

My wife actually says the quiet part out loud.

It is true. Wives use the pronouns “we” and ‘you’ interchangeably…when suggesting tasks.

My wife never heard the term “The Royal We’” before she met me. Now she embraces it with both hands!

If you don’t plan your future, it will be planned for you.

To set the record straight this isn’t a wife thing, my husband keeps telling me ‘we’ need to diet and I’m pretty sure he’s just talking about me at this point.

But he’s gotta go see a man about a horse.

We always is in the singular when any wife tells about doing a’we" project……

Unless “we want” or “we don’t want” something. Then it’s first person singular rather than second person singular.
