    And why is the single most important word on a shampoo bottle, namely “shampoo” as opposed to “conditioner” the smallest and least legible word? They make branding, product line and meaningless tag lines HUGE.

    Interesting bit of trivia:

    One of the cleverest marketing tricks of all time was when one word was added to the directions on a shampoo bottle which caused overall sales to nearly double.

    That word was ‘Repeat’.
