I knew a real cat lady.. she rescued them and fed and cared for them till someone adopted them through the the NO kill society she was helping. She had several sheds on her property and each cat had their own blanket and shelf to lay on. It was amazing how dedicated she was! There were fund raisers to help her feed and buy litter etc. RIp JB
Use to ride by on my bike a house that had to have 30+ cats the odor was so bad I had to hold my breath when I rode by or gag. The owner was arrested for animal abuse and a hazmat team had to tear out all the sheetrock/carpet/tile and let the house open for 30 days to air out and t still smelled.
