Been there, done that, forgot half the things on it.

Excellent idea! Memory games keep your mind sharp.

I did that once. Texted my husband to send me a photo of it.

On my phone, works out really well. I see others using their phones too when in the store. I lose paper easily.

Forgot half of things on the list and bought things not on the list, so guess it evens out.

I’ve tried that too. Doesn’t work, I end up buying a lot of stuff that wasn’t on the list in the first place.

i used to be a cashier in our local grocery store, it was always told to us that we asked if you found everything alright, well when people would say no, i was to ask how can i help you find what you are looking for, then some would say that they forgot their list at home..right there on the counter, table or wherever…i then said “oh, it makes your (counter or table or wherever) look very great just sitting there” [it was my mom’s sense of humor that she passed on to me]…and now i do it as well, for i no longer work as a cashier..

How many times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed something for the pie I was making… when to store and still forgot it.. got other things I didn’t needed…another trip to get trip to the store and finally got it…
