I’m not sure I understand the punchline setup. Why does he say “You’re 11 years old”? By the first “I know” we know that they look alike, have similar personality types and same age, so they may be twins. Does being eleven have a meaning here that I’m not aware of? The way the joke is structured, being eleven is the final proof that confirms the first three observations.
