Since when have the ‘twins’ become so contentious with our Fred ?. The twins I remember are usually Fred’s favorite ‘play persons’.

Someone should William Tell on them. And don’t forget to duck, Fred.

I was a casual reader of Fred Basset until a few years ago, when I started following every day. So it’s interesting to see the development of all the characters.

Maybe it’s just me but there seems to be a lot of negative strips lately. And please get the original artist back.

He’s going to shoot him with a bow and arrow, not very nice.

I was first exposed to the Fred Basset comic in the 1960s in the Chicago Tribune. Back in those days the twins seemed to be Fred’s enemies. In the present day Fred gets along well with them and other children. BTW, I turned 69 today [8/28/2023].
