My grandson has that equipment, and he has made a lot of friends that way, over the last 4 or 5 years. A bunch of them and my grandson meet up in real life regularly, driving in from different states. They are a really great group of young people. It helps the kids to be social and not isolated when playing their games.

Jason won out eventually. Games moved to actually requiring a network connection, even if they were not multi-player games.
