He sleeps because he’s typically wired on coffee when he isn’t sleeping. Drug addict burnout.

To many naps is a sure sign of too little sleep. Time for bed, boo boo.

    My grandfather died in 67.

He got up one morning, got dressed, laid down on the couch to nap while grandma finished fixing breakfast. She went to wake him up, he had passed away in his sleep.

Every since I had to deal with apnea I am sure grandpa had it and it killed him. He stopped breathing in his sleep and just died.

I used to have terrible problems waking up, choking and gasping for breath in the middle of the night. Blood pressure through the roof.

    CPAP keeps me healthy.

For one, I don’t think the way his head is positioned is good for him. When they teach CPR they say to always tilt the head back to open the airway so it makes sense that leaning forward like that would do the opposite.

“the head tilt–chin lift maneuver and the jaw-thrust maneuver are 2 noninvasive, manual means to help restore upper airway patency when the tongue occludes the glottis, which commonly occurs in an obtunded or unconscious patient.” -It’s a theory. I snore less when I tilt my head back slightly
