How about the goal of “don’t go postal on the boss” ??

It should.

It may not be an appropriate long-term career goal, but it’s not bad as a long-term life goal.

You can do it on your own time. Makes for a nice hobby.

My goal while working was to not exit the building through the window. It was sooooo tempting. Asked to join church council and I yelled NO so loudly I could be heard outside. That would reset my mind to work mode.

When will you stop carrying a board with a nail ?

I have retained at least 60% of my sanity. Which is better than it sounds. I was already losing my mind in high school.
