If only I had the maturity when I was younger to pick up on the subtleties in this strip. I had several female friends in high school who would get angry when I’d gripe about my lady troubles, but I was never able to pick up on the fact that they were angry because a part of them were pining for me. Ah well, water WAY under the bridge.
