Didn’t VT lose? I guess we really don’t know, but the coaches look pretty cheerful after a loss, with faces you’d be pleased to punch.

Presumably, Milford won their game at Central and Valley Tech also won their game. (Ya gotta have a scorecard to figure out who’s who in this strip…)

Have we skipped a day or something? The Mudlarks were playing the Central team, so why is the Valley Tech coaching staff in the locker room with the Milford team?

I foresee an Outsiders style rumble between Valley Tech and Milford. Of course it’ll start that way, devolve into a Jet/Sharks dance off.

We don’t know anything about what happened at the Milford vs. Central game, do we? Gil wanted to open with the “Thorp Special”, but Cami apparently had some sort of great idea for a play, so I wonder how that all turned out. OK, I really don’t, but it would just be nice to have some sense of one day’s strip following from the previous day’s.
