I still am trying to figure out the touchback from a fumble. It’s not where you recover, but who recovers, unless it’s out of bounds. Or the ball must be in possession while the receiver goes down with two feet inbounds. Or the runner wasn’t touched while going down, so . . .
I like the rule which allows the defending team to run back a missed PAT attempt and score 2 points if they reach the other end zone. Don’t see it very often in college and I have only seen it twice in pros. (Both in the CFL)
