Sure, they’ll try to kill him in a sword fight, but they don’t want to hurt his feelings by refusing zucchini? Huh?

How come Ray isn’t wearing his usual green colored clothes that he wears 364 days a year? Is it because if he wore the green ship colors they might think he is part of the green ship crew and not let him leave the boat?

I’ll take it. Zucchini grows easily and it’s healthy.

They’re not even riding low in the water. The zucchini must be VERY dry. Yuck!

I wish I could get zucchini in that amount, those darn squash beetles slaughter my plants every year now.

This one made me laugh out loud.

Suggestion: If you can’t give them away, turn them into a weapon. Build a large slingshot or three and use them as your projectiles. The slightly rotten ones are the best. They’re softer and would inflict less damage. Just a thought.

I stumbled across a recipe for zucchini pickles yesterday. I wonder if they’d be any good?

Strip cut, dipped in Olive Oil and Italian seasoning and bread crumbs, baked in a toaster oven for 20 minutes. Yum !

We just got another haul from our zucchini plant. Time to make some zucchini spread this weekend. I’ll roast ’em, and add roasted carrots, maybe a roasted tomato, fresh garlic, salt, seasoning, and puree the whole thing in the Cuisinart.

Wow. Looks like a lifetime supply of zucchini, if you ask me.
