I like the occupancy tax on on hotel rooms in nyc. If rent a room and do not occupy it do I still have to pay the occupancy tax?

The city symphony is not just a stage full of music enthusiasts. That is a collection of 80 MFAs and Ph. D.s in music.

How much to bribe one of the ushers to leave the entrance door open so I can listen?
