The families most affected were the poorest whos parents had to choose between not getting fired and getting their children to school. Many of them missed the first week until they adjusted the schedules and made even longer runs.

The biggest problem with homelessness is figuring out who to blame it on. Once you assign blame, it’s no longer a problem, it’s an ‘issue’.
Usually the blame goes to the homeless themselves. It’s the most convenient.
