My last gas bill never arrived. It was pictured in the USPS “Informed Delivery” email, but never appeared in the mailbox. Paid it online to be on the safe side. A year or so ago, same thing, but with the electric bill, except the one for that month showed up over three months later, and looked like it had gotten wet, then dried out.
