My cat, Madison, was trained by big brother dog Sam to tolerate me with things like silly Halloween costumes. Sometime after he crossed the rainbow bridge we were rescued by Gala. Sweet and loving dog as she was, Madison was unable to forward her training and make her love costumes. I have pictures of Madison happy as a clam in her costume, while Gala sulked in the background like she was being punished. They’ve all since crossed the Rainbow Bridge, hopefully they get extra treats for Halloween, costumes or no costumes. :D

Careful, they might mistake you for a pinata and beat the crap out of you!

How can I get this dog out of me?

Never dress up your animals. Especially for holidays, it’s stressful enough as it is for them.

There’s a special place inhell for people who force their pets to wear clothes and cats are in charge of it.

Good boy, you figured it out. That’s the first step to owning just a little dignity.

Never thought of it from the dog’s point of view, but I do cringe when I walk though Halloween costume displays that include pet costumes.

My dog would wear this for a single kibble.
