Ha! The water is still clear- so I think not.
Why would it be literal ater?
One popular theme I’ve seen in the comics lately, is an opposite drying effect for fish and other water characters. But how to show a dry puddle at her feet? Hmmm… gotta think about that one I guess…. :-)
Clearly not in Sherman’s Lagoon. It’s set underwater as well, but nothing is ever wet.
