I saw a leaf pile about a year ago on the side of road that was big enough for me to jump into. I immediately jumped into it. It was awesome.

I never understood why anyone would jump into a pile of leaves.

According to my wife, I have no inner child. It’s all on the outside.

I didn’t have a second childhood. I never got out of my first.

My sister gave me a T-shirt it reads: “Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional.”

    These women know me.

Mulching in place is easier and better for the grass and soil.

All this leaf jumping escapes me. However, now that I think of it, folks in my town used to be able to burn their leaves and the town smelled wonderful around Halloween. That was before politicians decided citizens weren’t really adults and put a stop to all that.

It is perfectly OK to jump into a pile of leaves you have just raked up yourself. It is rude and dangerous to jump into a pile collected by someone else. For one thing, where is the rake?
