I found that was the secret to distance running – you’d done all the running you wanted to do in the first few hundred metres, so the rest of the run was mainly coming up with reasons to not stop.

Haven’t seen her in awhile. I have an elliptical device. Small and I don’t have to walk in all kinds of weather.

So, who’s minding the kids?

Nothing like motivation to goad you on.
