I will now be spraying negative thoughts (in my imagination) to keep them at bay. Ksh ksh! :)

The No-no bottle works for cats. Why not for bad thoughts?!

If you don’t replace it with something else positive, it will keep coming back to fill the space. The neural pathway of negative thoughts is well worn, and your limbic system may be caught in a loop. Create new pathways, and the old will die off. It takes dedication and commitment, but Neural Plasticity is scientifically proven and can be used to heal a cross wired limbic system.

This is why I sleep with an iPod Touch under my pillow. I play Jack Benny programs and negativity cannot find my dreams. :)
