Our first dachshund, on cold days, would lay on the furnace floor register. She was a real hotdog.

Be glad you’re in the house. Most dogs have to sleep outside.

Electric blankets can be very dangerous! Of couse, back in the sixties people seldom were aware of it. My Granddad loved his as much as Fred loves his. The one from my friend from school started to burn a few years ago. No she put a sheep’s n on her new mattress.

I mentioned earlier this week about Storm Ciaran coming here to the UK. It came yesterday and wasn’t too bad here in northwest England. It seems to have been very bad in Northern Ireland and the South Coast of England.

Who repairs an electric blanket? It’s safer and cheaper to purchase a new one. Weird.
