I think Trout has mixed Him up with Santa.

She goes for the big word, not the obvious, “…babbling beggars”, alliteration. That’s our Alice.

What a good time for Agnes to have a “brilliant idea”. We’ll never know what it is though.

You know when you really want something, you close your eyes and wish for it really hard? God is the guy that ignores you.
