I met the man who invented inversion boots back in the 60s. I also was reluctant after one time, but tried it a few more times and was amazed at what it did for me. He invented the boots (to use with a bar that one hung from) to help his brother who was badly injured as a gymnast, and it helped him recover. He had 80 year olds walking around on their hands in his gym… people like you who would NEVER try something like this. Having blood flow to your head once a day greatly aids your overall health.

My Buddhist friend said standing on your head was very relaxing and I tried it and was where I could see the TV and boy was that weird.

I tried one. Great for the back but gave me a wicked headache.
