This must be Seattle where if someone is living in your rental house and fails to pay the rent for months and months, you are required to let them live there for as long as they want. The Seattle government believes that all law breakers are simply victims of the free-enterprise system. Over here in Spokane (which is still part of America) the mayor is running for reelection under the banner “Make crime illegal again.” I’m glad I retired and moved over here.
