Where I live, our housing development has “Trunk or Treat” where we pass out candy in the function room parking lot.

I used to get a lot of kids way back when. It was fun to pass out the candy to them and before all that I used to take my kids house to house and that was a lot of fun. Today no kids come anymore to the neighborhood. I still keep my light on and have candy just in case.

Hey Dan, nice layout. Not really funny in fact just a little sad, but a cool glimpse from back in the day. I really like the ambiance, I would like to live in this neighborhood. And yes, I am old enough to remember when we could do this.

We get rained out a lot on Halloween. But all the schools, malls and a lot of the churches have parties. I’m going over to my favorite mall to watch the parade that afternoon. Even a lot of the adults are in costume.

That is one sweet piece of art up there. I bet even the kid in the sheet got actual candy for once.

the great thing about halloween here in japan is that, at least in our area, there’s no trick or treating… ☺
