So Kincaid got stuck with one of the short ones. Too bad.

I have a neighbor who has had his inflatable Halloween decorations up since Late August.

We have a 9 foot animated T-rex skeleton but don’t turn on the sound until Halloween.

Then Kincaid throws a Santa suit on it. Doesn’t have to take it down for another two months, unless he also has an Easter Bunny costume.
