Just be glad you don’t have MANDATORY voting for EVERYONE, like some places do. That must be such a disaster! People who are ignorant, ill-informed or just don’t care really SHOULDN’T vote!!
Instead of IQ tests, maybe everyone should be required to attend a civics class (and pass a test) before being allowed to vote for the first time. Schools used to teach how government works, but it doesn’t look like they do any more.
