The TV has been turned off with the exception when checking for the next day’s weather. The same news and footage is repeated over and over. I never know whether it is a new riot, killing, or war, or just a third day of rehashed ‘news’.
Not buying that. Besides, everyone knows that newspapers were created simply as a vehicle for comic strips, the highest form of both art and literature.
