As someone who grew up in the 60’s and is the owner of two dogs, comics can’t get much better than this.

Anyone embarrassed by an enthusiastic dog greeting might want to get his/her/their priorities straight.

The second happiest sight in the world. The happiest is your dog greeting you.

Not remotely embarrassing! But it could make some people jealous!

I got home late tonight. The doggos were so glad to see me. Nothing more wholesome than a boy and his dog.

How about a GIRL and HER dog? Arguably, female humans seem to have more love, empathy and nuturing attitudes towards animals anyway. Just my opinion, formed from day-to-day life experiences. Great strip today, Brian. Never retire, please. Couldn’t stand it without my Red and Rover fix. Love that dog!!!!
